Month of Mindfulness Day 25: Tomorrow

Hi guys,

Today’s word is tomorrow and that’s because that’s what I’m focusing on.

Today has been the most un-mindful eating day and it feels pretty horrible. The only thing to do is to embrace tomorrow.

  1. Sorry you are feeling horrible about unmindful eating! But I wish you weren’t, because we are all human and everyone goes through days. or weeks, of unmindful eating and that is completely ok! Sometimes we have so much going on in our life mindful eating can be hard to accomodate to so dont stress, and dont feel bad! Tomorrow is a whole new day….:) Youre hard at work, its ok to eat unmindfully … you’re eating and that in-itself is just as mindful as “mindful” eating.
